I recently visited IQ PC Service, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. I was panicked when my laptop did not turn on. To find a service center, I search on Google. When I called one of them, they were demanding a huge price just to analyze the problem and then more if they could fix it. After feeling very disappointed, I searched and found IQ PC service, who were very polite and kind. The staff told me that I would only have to pay if a repair was required. The appointment was given to me on the same day.

The friendly and knowledgeable Mr. Arslan was eager to help me with my laptop issues from the moment I walked in. It was a little bit hard to open my laptop, but he had that patience so he tried and succeeded. He said that it could not be fixed due to overheating and burning inside, as well as water presence. My trust in him grew after watching his work. I feel comfortable and tension-free. I was told to leave the laptop with him that day so he could check it again.

As I arrived home, I was full of hope, because I trusted his skills. I received a message from him an hour later asking for the password to my laptop. He said the laptop was ON now. He called me after some time to say that your laptop is now working. There are no words to describe how I feel. It took him many hours and he charged me a modest fee.

The work you did for me will never be forgotten. We all refer to these electronic devices as our “personal” laptops, mobile phones, etc. These electronic devices carry many of our important documents, memories, etc. When they don’t work, we feel like we’re stuck somewhere or our day isn’t moving forward. We are missing something. I was sitting in front of you with these unknowable feelings. But you are a magician, you read that from my face. Thank you is not enough. It is my wish that IQ PC Service will grow into a large service center.

Arslan was very nice and helpful! he cleaned my laptop and put new thermal paste on it. It stopped sounding so horrible and functioning as it was brand new, and he fixed it on a saturday night in a span of two hours. Worth every cent! Then we took my gf laptop that had the case broken and he also fixed it within a day. Both laptops are working very well after three weeks! Very recommended!

Highly recommend, my (quite old) laptop needed to be cleaned from the dust and the cooling paste needed to be replaced. Now the fan doesn’t make noises anymore, it’s so quiet and it doesn’t get warm. I called in the early afternoon and i was able to drop off my laptop right away, then i got a call a few hours later that i could go pick it up again, everything went really smoothly and fast.
