I really can’t recommend this place high enough! Super professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff who have twice talked me out of paying more for an additional repair!

I dropped my iPhone 11 in a river last week and Apple told me it was unfixable. They advised trying a company that gets data off dead phones but they said it would cost a LOT. Instead, I took it to iRepair and they hooked the phone up to new screen and I was able to transfer the photos! I really can’t tell you how happy this made me. They are basically geniuses! They also gave me advice about whether to try and fix the phone or not – the total opposite of a hard sell.

As well as the water damaged phone, I also got a new a screen for my son’s old phone (an iPhone SE). They repaired the screen in under an hour (as well as getting my water damaged phone working) and offered to put a screen protector on. I’m glad I said yes as the first thing I did when I got home was to drop it face down on the pavement! They also talked me out of replacing the battery and advised me instead about how I could make the battery last longer.

I took a mac book pro for repair, telling the staff that apple had informed me that the logic board was at fault and would need replaced. After about a week I received a call stating it was the logic board and replacing would cost 260 pounds. I asked them to go ahead and then received another call 2 days later stating it was the logic board and it would cost 360 pounds to replace!! I declined. Not sure I would recommend.
