Came in after my phone froze and the guy behind the counter assured me it was the screen. So paid to get it changed. 3 days later the problem has returned. Came back and the guy said he was undertaking “connection testing” and within a day I problem is back. One final chance to get this problem sorted and the guy the guy gave me a story about motherboard and other stuff and that it wasn’t the screen that was the problem after all.
So why tell me to change the screen and pay for it if it was never that. Typical charlatans. Needless to say I paid for a screen that never needed replacing! Thanks guys!
Their phone screen repair service is only good if you want one month out of your phone. Took a phone in for an emergency screen repair and thought it was okay. iPhone settings kept flagging that there was a security issue with the legitimacy of the screen. The screen brightness would change itself and suddenly go black when using the phone and flash randomly. After 2 months the screen of the phone lifted away from the body exposing the inside of the phone and suddenly died. Would not recommend to others who want their phone to last a long time.
I am very happy customer…I brought a brand new iPhone 15 straight out the box. Great price, the guys are super helpful. They also discounted the new plug/cable to support the 15 & added a new screen & case. It was a great experience, also they transferred over from my old phone which took about an hour. Thank you guys.
