Brought my iPad Pro in for service in 2020. They were originally nice and said they could fix it but got the run around and they kept it for weeks. Finally got it back and it worked. It stop working a couple of days ago and I brought it to Apple and they said they switched out my motherboard for an iPhone 7 one. Not happy about this at all. Scammer.

Response to your reply – I have nothing to gain by lying here. Apple is a $3T company so I doubt they would lie. They plugged a device into my iPad and it was pulling up an iPhone 7 serial number which I found concerning. I think you owe it to your customers to be transparent if you’re going to switch out a chip (looking back at my notes with my conversation with Michael) If you’d like to rectify this issue, please let me know.

Had an excellent experience at iRepair. I came in with my android phone that was not charging correctly, and the gentleman working there agreed to try to help me out even though they specialize in iPhones, not androids.
