BEWARE: I have had two phone repaired here. First experience: new back cover on iPhone. Back cover replaced but had to take the phone back because there was glue on the camera lense so it would no longer focus. Thankfully this was sorted.second experience: iPhone XS new battery. Took my fully working phone in for a new battery and now the FaceTime functionality doesn’t work and the front camera no longer focuses. The response I had was, “how do I know it wasn’t broken when you bought it in”. I was offered PS50 (including the PS35 I had paid for the battery job) and my broken phone back. So I now have a broken phone and PS15. Obviously won’t be using this service again! My advice would be to have some kind of agreement in place should your equipment become broken!
Excellent, would definitely recommend. I’d been quoted a ridiculous amount to replace the camera on my iPhone X. Spencer identified that only the outer glass needed replacing and did the fix at a fraction of the cost, and was very helpful. Will use again
My iPhone 11 died on me (it wouldn’t charge to be exact). I feared it was the end but I took it in and it was brought back to life with a clean of the port.
Very helpful, quick and friendly service in my experience. Would recommend.
