Got an iPhone 13 ProMax screen and camera fixed here. Afterwards, I dropped it from 1.5 feet on to carpeted floor and then the LED’s started to fall off of the screen. This is meant to be covered on the 28 day free warranty on parts that they have worked on. I called up and explained, they told me to bring it in. After explaining again what happened and that the LED’s shouldn’t be falling off of the screen, they said I’d still have to pay PS120 to get it fixed. Not even a discount was offered.
I even went to a different store afterwards to see what I could do and they said that this shop was completely at fault.
The photos attached are over 4 hours of not touching the phone.

Jay was amazing done his best to remove my screen protector that was there from a long time and wouldn’t come off. They also applied a new one on and now the phone looks brand new.great care for customers.thank you so much irepair would use you guys again.
I cracked my screen when I fell off my bike. The service I received was exceptional. What made it sweet was that they showed real concern about my health. I have used these guys before and, they haven’t failed me yet.
