Went in to get a screen fixed came out with the face id not working and pressing random button so went back in and they tried different screen didn’t work and then put old screen back on still didn’t work they said they would take it to different shop to try and fix it but couldnt so they offered to give a replacement phone (a second hand phone from someone else) which eventually I just wanted a phone so I said yes but said they wouldn’t be giving my old phone back which I wasn’t overly fussed about but I asked about a refund for the hassle of them for breaking my phone that I had for not long got told I wasn’t get a refund as they would be losing money. When they broke my phone in the first place and I’m now having to have a second hand phone where I’m starting from scratch as I’ve lost absolutely everything so for the next year in my contract I’ve to pay for a phone that isn’t even mine. So I paid them PS75 for them to break my phone and to leave with a second hand phone and they keep my original phone.
I recently visited this shop with the expectation of getting a screen protector for my Galaxy S24. Unfortunately, the staff assured me they had the correct protector in stock but ended up installing the Galaxy S23 protector instead.This oversight has left me thoroughly disappointed as it not only reflects a lack of attention to detail but also directly impacts the functionality of the screen protector. The misinformation provided by the staff resulted in an inconvenience and a compromised level of service.I strongly advise the shop to improve their product knowledge and ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
Took in my Nintendo switch because I was having issues with stick drift. I explained the issue to the employee and he listened well. He was able to confirm that was something they could definitely look at, he asked enough questions to get a better issue of the problem. Paid a PS15 deposit, he explained it would be sent to another location and would take roughly a week. Week later it was ready and I paid PS25 more. Service was great, I was assured that if the problem persists then I can bring it right back in and they’ll take another look at it. Amazing service and quick work.
