Great service went in with my battered old mobile in hope of repair but it was beyond that and was just as cheap to get new so I was shown numerous models in different price ranges to suit me and purchased a new phone. I was helped swap all my stuff onto the new phone and had glass protector put on there and then. Was advised if any issues to return and receipt shows 12 month warranty on it. Will definitely return for any future needs.
Took iPad in with broke screen, had it back new screen didnt work properly then said needed a new frame (which turns out it didn’t the screen they put on it was faulty) after weeks saying get part they ordered it didn’t have it looking for it etc. i asked for it back when getting nowhere but the fingerprint scanner was damaged
When I phoned them they told me the job was 30 minutes and bring it down,
Traveled from Ammanford nightmare parking only to be told I Had to call back in an hour I was in some queue’ Didn’t say this when I phoned them! Lucky mark in the market phone repair did it straight away! Thanks mark
