Put a Apple Watch series 6 in which was priced at PS120 to repair the screen, we recieved a phone call to say they required the pass code for the watch. They said the the increase in price to PS175 was asked and confirmed by us which we know is a lie as we priced a new watch at PS200 which we originally planned to get so we would have never accepted this. So in the end we were forced to pay up to get the watch back. They will undoubtedly respond to this to defend themselves to say they did contact us but at the end of the day its our word against theirs. Do yourself a favour and avoid this shop or expect to pay the extra hidden charges.

Needed a new battery for an old Pixel 3a. Arranged a time to bring in the phone so they could check it and order the battery. They estimated it would be ready in 3 days. That was fine for me as I had put the SIM in another phone. They called me 3 days later and said the phone was ready to collect. It’s working well so I’m really pleased with the repair and quality of the service. Very fair price as well. No hidden extras. Would definitely use them again .
