Got my phone battery replaced. It was done quickly, the staff were friendly and the price was very reasonable. Unfortunately the quality of the battery doesn’t seem to be that good. I’ve had it less than two weeks and it’ll be down to 10% by the time I go to charge it in the evening. I don’t watch videos, make video calls etc on my phone so I imagine the charge wouldn’t last a lot of people all day. I expect to be getting my battery replaced again somewhere else within a few months.
Ian was very helpful and courteous, great customer service experience. Damaged front screen for iPhones 11 fixed in 30 minutes with reasonable price in-fact it is the best price I paid as compare to other repair shops including Apple store. Phone touch screen works like new no issues at all. I would highly recommend them.
The service was truly outstanding! Ian managed everything seamlessly. He was exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful, taking the time to explain every detail. The screen replacement was done swiftly and with great professionalism; my phone now feels just like new. All functions are working perfectly.
