GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH SOME INTEGRITY AND WHO COMPLIES WITH THE SALE OF GOODS ACT: I asked for a charging cable for a specific phone. Didn’t mind paying about double what you can buy the same product for on line because I needed it urgently. Got home to discover I’ve been given the wrong cable. I think, fair-enough, everyone makes a mistake, I’ll take it back and exchange it. In the meantime my brother-in-law gives me a spare cable, so I requested a refund (in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act…) when I returned to the shop the next day – only to be told that they don’t refund but could only exchange. He told me that I must have asked for the wrong cable as he couldn’t possibly make such a mistake – apparently he could even remember me asking for the wrong cable!!….but couldn’t remember what time of day the transaction occurred.

I bought a brand new phone charger, which, after unpacking, realized that it was not new. It had a few marks and scratches that clearly indicated that it was second hand. I returned it and asked for a reimbursement, and staff
said in a very rude tone that they only accepted exchanges and not reimbursements (which is illegal in the first place). After insisting, they became very intimidating and verbally threatening. 6 months later, the charger is not working anymore…

Took in my iPhone XS regarding a boot loop issue. Had I taken this anywhere else I would have paid at least five times the price. Within an hour this fix was remedied. Come in and give this place a shout! If you want trustworthy no nonsense service.
