Awful!!! Avoid like the plague!!!!! The guy overcharges for the job and breaks other parts of the phone. I could have gotten a new phone for what he charged to fix mine and he broke something else. Then he claimed that the part that he broke is unfixable and that I should keep using the phone with badly connected battery that almost exploded on me (it expanded quite a bit that another repair shop down the road got worried when I took it there for second opinion)
Good old fashioned customer service, with excellent knowledge. I have used this business several times now and have always been extremely pleased with the outcome.
It is nice to be able to support a local business not only because they are local but because they are also GREAT at what they do!!
Went into to sell my old phone, very professional process, took just an hour for them to do their technical checks on the integrity of the phone etc, the member of staff (Wednesday 21st) was exceptional.
No complaints at all, the pinnacle of what a Witney local business should be about.
