Bad experience!! they were not friendly nor customer oriented. My pc did strange sounds and rebooted Itself.. It took 40 days to change the hard disk!
They didn’t understand which was the problem but they didn’t call me at all..so basically my laptop lied there for over a month so I had to call a couple of times!! Finally I sent them a video where they could hear and see the problem, so finally they changed the hard disk!! they took 50 euros only to “check” the laptop..never again

I go to repair my laptop and ask for the express repair because they tell me they need 3 or 4 days. And the answer was that is already the express repair if I want more quickly must go to another place. And in the web site says all repairs take one hour to repair.
Made my own contract here, everything works fine and the service is on point! Tank you!
