As an individual with notoriously awful luck, I’m a more regular customer of iSmash than I’d like to admit. Still, there’s no place I’d rather go for technical repairs, and this branch in particular has been good to me for the last few years. (Funny enough, I had to delete a 5 star review from 7 months ago to post this even better one.)

After being dropped in the road and subsequently run over, my phone was a wreck. Went in to get the phone screen replaced, which only took an hour, but when I realised that the camera / flashlight still didn’t function, he had it ready for me again in 5 minutes. I was literally speechless. These guys are seriously talented, and have a genuine knack for what they do.

Your loyalty as a customer is certainly rewarded with discounts and I couldn’t recommend iSmash in Canary Wharf enough.

Great service. Had to get the battery replaced on my Pixel 6. The screen was coming away from the front and there was an acetone smell coming from it. I was told there was a chance that the screen could already be damaged by the swelling of the battery, or it could be damaged in the course of the repair. Very thankful to Ahsan for saving me from having to replace the screen. Highly recommended.

The next day, I brought it here, and they fixed it for half the price within a day. The staff was very professional and friendly They also cleaned my computer thoroughly.
