Oh my word. What an amazing team thankyou soooooo much. Sounds fake right? Its not. Apple are fake not my review. I went into apple, quite distressed as my daughter is in hospital and needs her phone, apple after an hrs wait for an appointment, and 20 mins sitting waiting when i got called back for the appointment, told me, diagnostics have shown she needs a , bum wipe!?! Basically wiping all her dats, info etc. and it had a broken cable that runs from top to bottom and would cost PS365 ! Ismash said no need to loose memory, and it needed a battery for 49 pounds! What the hell apple ypu rich you know whats! Making money out of people unnecessarily! I smash ! You smash it! Any problems go hete the staff were so kind and informative. I will be spreading the word of the disgraceful lies of Apple! And the excellence of Ismash. Today valentine’s staff thankyou . Xxx

After living with a dying iPad Air 2 battery for a while I finally got fed up, booked an appointment for mid afternoon that day noting that it could be up to 48 hours.

Dropped it off with rain lashing down and they said it would likely be ready by close of business as it was a bit quiet :-).

Wasn’t even that long, an hour later they called to say it was ready, I hadn’t even got back to car.

Lovely, friendly, informative staff who just get on with fixed cost, efficient repairs.

My second time of using them (phone last time) and would not hesitate to use them again. Many thanks

Really helpful advice on the phone and then they were able to order my part in for repairs. Dropped it in on a Saturday afternoon and then picked it up 2 hours later so I was thrilled. (Email/appointment communication a little tricky at times as they asked me to book an appointment online once the part was in but I couldn’t as it said the part wasn’t in. Then when I turned up for my appointment they weren’t expecting me – but it didn’t matter as they fixed it anyway.)
