I took my phone to the centre on Friday around 3pm. No advance booking and it was repaired by 5:30pm. Super happy with their service. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was worried a ourlt the security of my data while the phone was being repaired. They showed me how to put my phone in Maintenance mode while they did the repair so that my data was secure.
Replaced battery on Samsung S22 ultra – very quick service and great communication. Reasonable prices as well. Phone is placed in maintenence mode so all apps are kept and can’t be accessed without the pin code or biometrics for the phone. Would highly recommend
We were very excited to meet Sam because of all of the good reviews! Sam definitely meets all our expectations with exceptional customer service and finished the job of replacing my screen in just 45 minutes!
