My phone broke at the start of the month, I smash had a lower price than any of the high street shops and unlike them, guaranteed me that my thumb print would still work.

I sat in the comfy lounge area reading for 45 minutes and it was fixed and working perfectly.

Unfortunately my phone suffered water damage a week later, so I booked another appointment because the screen was broken again. This was covered under their warranty policy so it was totally free. If it hadn’t been I would have still been able to use the PS20 off voucher they provided me after the first repair.

Excellent service all round.

Booked in for a screen repair this morning. The website accepted same day appointment. Had to wait around a bit but grabbed a coffee, all good.

Got there 10minutes before appointment time and a lady in the next office (regus or something) told me that he had phoned in sick today. I mentioned I had a appointment but she said she didn’t work with him so couldn’t comment or assist further.

Am a bit disappointed that the appointment was accepted with confirmation even though they had no staff actually able to do the work and waited around for nothing and no one I could talk to about it anywhere.

I searched for this shop for half an hour and finally found it. I went up to the 6th floor. I learned from the Regus reception that they were not working that day. I have been calling for 3 days and they do not answer the phone. I came from 20 miles away. It is a very rude business.
