My experience started when my phone fell out of my pocket whilst on my bike and was subsequently run over. The screen was obliterated! Check out the I smash pictures find the worst screen smash and this still wouldn’t compare to what I gave them. From the start the experience was good, there where several people in front of me and so an employee dropped of a repair and opened another till to deal with the customers. When I was dealt with and explained the situation to them, they were upfront with costs potential risks of other elements of the phone being damaged, and gave me options and advice. The repair could take time due to outside factors (manufacturer approvals) but they completed ahead of schedule. The repair standard is that of a factory fitted screen. Yes these are not the cheapest people to repair your screen but that is because they use genuine parts and are professionals. If you want a good repair that works and is guaranteedthen these are people to do it. If your happy for any old screen to be slapped on that won’t function properly, go to your local dodgy market, but I strongly recommend letting I smash do a proper job for you customer service excellent quality of repair perfect

Took my iPhone for fixing as I’d broken the screen, saw the shop was Apple certified so felt confident taking it here. On pickup, they said to bring it back a few days later as they had to replace another part. I therefore couldn’t use my phone as it restarted every 2 minute. After that it was fine for a few days until the camera had started appearing blurry, so I took it back and they once again had to fix it. I was still having issues with the phone randomly restarting and the screen malfunctioning so called and they said to bring it in and they’d fix it. After travelling to the store, they said it would take 2-3 days to look at it so I didn’t bother as it’s not ideal. Then once again my phone camera went blurry, man in store told me it was dirt from under my front camera which must have got there when they replaced my screen, therefore it’s not covered under warranty. After all the trouble I’ve had after using this store, he then proceeded to try and sell me another phone, which I didn’t want!!! Absolutely useless, save yourself the hassle, pay the bit extra and just take it to Apple!!!

I had a horrible experience at this shop. I went in to get my phone screen replaced and was told it would take an hour. They ended up delaying it for another 15 minutes, and when they finally got to it, the repair took only 10 minutes.

After the “repair,” my phone started overheating and the battery drained rapidly. Eventually, it wouldn’t even turn on. When I went back to address the issue, they blamed me for liquid damage. This was completely absurd as my phone was functioning perfectly fine (except for the broken screen) before their so-called repair.

I do not recommend this shop to anyone. Their service is slow, unprofessional, and ultimately damaged my phone further.
