My experience was a good one not all pleasant but some time not to offend anyone,who think they are superior than me,whenever time you are going in to a shop and they do not let you enter properly and they tried to treated you unselfishly,I for give those people in this shop their is 3 person working here,one is so polite and the other two think they are better than others but God is the person I served MARTINS Such a good person he speak to me with respected this guy deserves my reviews I recommend you can go and fix your phone. working wise they are very good’s in their? I recently had my screen repaired here, and the service was quick and seemed satisfactory. However, upon testing, I noticed that the main camera wouldn’t focus. When I returned to address this issue, I encountered a rather unpleasant experience with Mayra. She was extremely rude and unhelpful, dismissing my concerns without attempting to explore any alternative solutions or discuss warranty options. If the situation had been handled more professionally and courteously, I would have been more inclined to consider returning for further assistance. Unfortunately, the lack of proper training and professionalism among the staff, coupled with inconsistent customer service, leaves much to be desired.

I’ve been here twice in the last month for screen protector application/ replacement. The people here are exceptionally professional and friendly. On top of that, they seem to take pride in their work; having just had my screen protector replaced, they pointed out an extremely minor imperfection in the application (one I would never have noticed) and charged me half price.
