I had previously left a 5 star review as the attendant had done a very speedy job and had asked me to scan and review asap.
However, after using the phone over the course of a few weeks, problems with my device began to appear.
The first problem to appear was my screen which seemed to have a mind of its own. It would make inputs even if I hadn’t touched the screen, and more often than not would remain blank after removing the handset from my face after a phone call.
Additionally, when charging my phone (even with official Apple accessories) I have been receiving notifications telling me that my phone is overheating (this locks the phone and has cut many a phone calls for me – some of them very important).
In attempt to alleviate the issue I had tried closing all my apps and refraining from using the phone whilst it charged, but later nearly burnt my face as I put it to my ear after it rung. This resulted in me dropping the phone and causing the screen to crack again.
I had planned to take this back to the shop, but before I had the chance the incident above happened. I will try and get a refund or something on the battery, as I don’t want them replacing it with the same rubbish, but I doubt they will do anything about the faulty screen as I won’t be able to prove the issue.
Great customer service in the store and a speedy job, but don’t be fooled! It seems the components they use are too cheap and are of poor quality, even if they are third party!

Not only did they hit the time they said it would take to repair, they smashed it 😉
