Bought a refurbished IPhone with a new battery from another iPhone company to replace my “ageing” iPhone 6s

Had to return the phone because of issues with the battery.
Had no option but to use my old faithful

It too needed a battery. Ispecialist diagnosed and replaced the battery in 30 minutes. And to cap it all the price was very reasonable. I originally thought the cost was for labour– how wrong I was.

And there was no attempt by the company to “persuade me” to give up my ” old faithful”.

So Thank “youse” all at iSpecialist” in Tranent.

PS The only improvement I would suggest is to install a card reader

My iPhone stopped being able to charge no matter what cable I used. Took it into the store and was told that it would need a small service, gave me a reasonable price and then he took it away. 10 minutes later came back with it fully working, all cleaned up and looking brand new. Brilliant service!

I brought my beats headphones in to get fixed and the guys did an amazing job! The parts took some time to get in for them because of the specificity of the repair but that wasn’t a problem at all. Incredible customer service and great prices too, couldn’t recommend enough!! Thank you so much!
