Got a quote for an ipad 10.5 battery replacement for about PS125. Phoned on the day to check that the parts were in and was told that the battery could not be replaced and that I had to exchange the whole device for PS500 odd. Cancelled the appointment. There is clearly a disconnect between the apple repair scheme and the stores ability to carry out the repair. Check first.
Today I had an issue with my phone. I visited the store and I was kindly helped by Stuart, Mitchell and Matt. They were incredibly helpful and fixed my phone for me. I can’t recommend them enough. No problem was too big for them. They knew what needed to be done to it straight away and had it done quicker than expected. I’m forever grateful for their help.
The Istore staff are really friendly and they all have great customer service. Also when I came in before I brought my iPhone to ask the staff about what iPhone they would recommend for they were very helpful, they the staff answered my questions that I had for them. Thanks to the kind staff at istore Colchester I will definitely came back in the future.
