We visited the Guildford store on Thursday 11th July. In the morning. We were greeted by Sebastian He was brilliant with us Extremely patient with us. Very friendly and helpful. He didn’t rush us. He solved our problem with my husband’s iPhone. We had to return later that morning. Everything was done and he helped hubby finish setting up the phone
We couldn’t have asked for better service. There was no rush and the store was getting quite busy
We will definitely be returning at a later date with the possibility of purchasing from this store

Amazing and great knowledgeable staff. Broke my phone by mistake the other month and I took it in 2 days after and they get it sent off and another one delivered next day (Even less than 24 hours!!) I had apple care what is great but the reassured me the price of 79 pounds. For a brand new iPhone 15 pro max again I had apple care. They are so helpful and really know their stuff. They get busy so there’s a bit of a wait. But it’s worth it. Thanks guys.
Personally, being an absolute techno-caveman, I found help from Joe and Kingsleigh most helpful! Seriously, I’ve never experienced such good service from real people! Flawless service, quick, respectable and approachable. after this experience, I would never consider buying any other Apple products from anywhere else. Having a local store and being treated with such respect makes me so glad we have them in town.
