I upgraded my 7-year old MacBook Air to a 2024 M3 version at the iStore Hereford today. I had earlier received expert, considered advice from Ryan and was put under no pressure to buy a new computer (even though my old machine was well past its ‘Best Before’ date). Having decided to buy a new MacBook Air, Jordan did all the detailed hard work to transfer data from one machine (and two external Hard Discs) to the new laptop. He contacted me twice to explain problems and how he intended to solve them. All-in-all, I received excellent service from a very helpful and friendly team.

A very knowledgeable manager who dealt with a rush of customers in a very sensitive manner balancing listening and explaining to needy customers and expediting them speedily to deal with waiting ones. I presented him with a battery issue and received a detailed explanation of the problem and a set of options to resolve it. Well pleased, and grateful to receive Apple type level of service locally. My iPhone is due for a replacement this year and I will definitely return to buy it from here.

My visit to the store was indeed very successful.
I think I must’ve given them a great challenge but I have to say they sorted it out in a very helpful manner and several very patient staff were involved in the purchase of my iPhone
I found them all Friendly pleasant and extremely helpful and a credit to your business
I will certainly tell any of my friends that if they need any help with I phones the Hereford branch is the one to go to .
