My daughter gave me her IPhone 11, but the speaker was very quiet and it would only charge on the flat. I didn’t want to change over from my old Android phone if the IPhone was no good. I went into the shop and spoke to Ross, he offered to have a look at my phone free of charge. I left it with him for 45 minutes and he cleaned the phone and tried to transfer all my apps etc over. The full copy over didn’t work due to my Android phone not being updated recently, but a lot of my Apps and contacts went over. The phone is in perfect working order now. I cannot fault the customer service that I received from Ross, he couldn’t do enough for me.

Wasted 40 mile round trip.
I’d booked in for a battery replacement, or so I thought…… Booked in via my iPhone when it told me I needed a new battery. I arrived at the store only for the ‘service operative’ to inspect it and to be told that they didn’t have the part in stock and I would need to return again another day, or travel either to Colchester or London to have it changed that day!!!!!
Not blaming this store in particular, but the system. What is the point of booking in for a particular service, then not having those parts available for said service?

Both my Mac and iPhone were old and unsupported and I’d started to have real problems, so I decided to replace both. A big deal for me as I get used to my old tech and only replace if I really have to. But Ross and Jacob were fantastic, very patient, supported me right through the process, making sure everything on my replacement Mac/iPhone worked for me. Can’t praise them enough.
