Excellent service – as always! Polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Not being the most techie person myself, often with other stores (network providers etc), can be made to feel silly but that’s not the case with TW Apple I-store. They listen patiently, answer questions in way that I can understand and genuinely want to help. The other thing that makes a difference is that never pushed into buying something not suitable or too advanced. I wouldn’t keep going back if the guys in the store weren’t as good as they are. Equally helpful over the phone. The day before I made the purchase, I spoke to Richard who understood immediately and answered my questions. I visited the store the next day (initially calling and speaking to Cameron – I had an urgent need for a new phone as had smashed my old one). He gave great advice and on what best suited my needs and what was available in store immediately to buy. I dealt with Cameron again when I visited the store, who was exceptional! His patience with all my questions was amazing and he really helped with my decision on what phone to purchase. As stated, not being oversold or pushed into anything beyond my needs.
When I went back to collect the phone as they were transferring data over from my old phone, it was Sapphire who assisted. Again perfect customer service – knowledgeable, patient and friendly.
They all deserve a pay rise!

I recently visited the store to address an issue with my headphones. The initial response was promising–they assured me they would inspect and attempt to fix the problem, asking me to return in an hour. To give them ample time, I decided to come back the next day. Upon my return, I was informed that my headphones had a peculiar issue and needed to be sent to the Apple workshop, which would take 5 working days. I agreed and left my headphones with them.

While waiting, I kept track of the repair status through their tracking system, which showed that my headphones were still in the store and hadn’t been sent out. After 7 days, I went back to collect my headphones. The staff informed me that the right headphone had been replaced. However, they had discharged my headphones, making it impossible for me to check them in the store.

Once home, I discovered the issue persisted. It seems the store lacks the expertise to repair phones and headphones effectively, leading to a significant waste of time. Overall, my experience was highly unsatisfactory.

Sales and customer service
I had done my research on watches and decided i wanted to get an apple watch, rather than buying online i wanted to actually have a look at the watch to see if i liked it. Decided i wanted to go for the SE and was happy with my decision, however the member of staff seemed to be fed up and gave me the impression I was an inconvenience to him, I have anxiety issues as it is about going outside so this doesn’t help, He was actually trying to put me off buying it saying battery life doesn’t last , I should get a fitbit ( which is what i was replacing) or I should just wait for November to see if it goes in the sale. It was as if he didn’t want to serve me or take my money. Im not sure what the problem was but I decided to buy it but didn’t feel great after I left the store, i use to work in retail sales and never treated people in that way i wish there was better customer service in tunbridge wells. I am happy with my watch though
