My Sony Vio Laptop was not working for over a year and I was in the process of trashing it as the cost of servicing was found to be exorbitant and unjustifiable.
However, on the suggestion and recommendation of good friend of mine, I contacted Mr. Kashif of IT BIZ Solutions who agreed to have a look at my laptop. I was surprised that the same evening, he called me back and informed me that he could make my laptop fully operational. He surprised me further by giving me a complete details of the diagnostic he had done, the solution he had arrived at and his cost analysis.
I found Mr. Kashif’s approach very sincere, honest, straightforward and at the same time very professional. His cost analysis, without the addition of frills, made it very affordable and unbelievably competitive. I am genuinely happy to have my laptop back in operation.
