I had a laptop related issue, so I called IT Central Scotland. After explaining the issue, they offered to talk me through one method to resolve it. As I had tried this, they suggested I bring the laptop in.
The colleague who worked there was able to look at the laptop and go through a few questions. He was able to quickly identify that a Window update was the reason for the problem, and he also explained how to fix it if it happens again.
I thought IT Central were professional, friendly, and solved the issue quickly. I will definitely use them again in future.

I have used this place several times now, They have been superb every single visit. Staff are friendly and informative and just have a keen get-go attitude.

Such a great group of people. I got my phone screen replaced (after another company installed the screen and it degraded immediately). The very next day I dropped my phone in a puddle.
Wayne took it back with no judgement, brought it back to life (as best he could manage) and then didn’t charge despite me trying to push money on them. Really can’t thank them enough.
