I spilled lemonade on my laptop, and took it to IT Fix to get it diagnosed and repaired. The diagnosis only took a day, and after confirming I wanted it repaired, the repair only took two days.

While the price was a little out of my range, they were very understanding and allowed me to pay half when I collected the laptop, and the other half a few weeks later when I was paid.

Overall, very happy with the service I received, and am very pleased to have my fully working laptop back!

I came in last week for booting/blue screen issues with my Lenovo Yoga laptop. Very friendly service, issue resolved within a day and a half and within declared fee range (it wasn’t immediately clear what the source was as the issue was intermittent, so I was given a range instead of a price) and they serviced my fans on top of it as well! Completed the job rapidly and I was able to collect my laptop the next day for what is a fair price and even gave me a lot of advice on what to do to not encounter any issues again.
