So I discovered this store by accident! My passport got delivered here. I had a phone that I had dropped in a hot tub. I was devastated as it had precious pics of my family on it. I went to Apple and they said nothing they could do, I took it to 2 others stores nothing. So after picking up my passport the guy Andrew who was helping me told me they fixed phones. So I brought it in and said I would give them $100 cash after the cost if they fixed it. OMG they fixed it!! So true to my word I gave the tech guy Ethan a hundred dollar bill on top of the affordable cost to look at! he said he couldn’t accept it and I said oh yes you can!! Wow! So very happy, great ppl and I’m a customer for life!

I went to iT Happens in Orillia today because my Grandson had dropped his phone and the glass cracked. The service was exceptional. They did a diagnostic on the phone to make sure nothing else was damaged. They called me with an estimate and I picked it up about an hour later. Very pleased with the service!

I had a battery replaced in my phone for ~$170 which failed days after the 90 day warranty expired. They said they would have to charge full price again to repair the phone.

Lesson: Cell phones are disposable tech and should simply be replaced every 2-4 years. Don’t waste money on 3rd party repairs.
