I have nothing else to say other than the team and services provided by IT Help desk are excellent.

Initial conversations with Mike regarding my upgrade request were straight forward, knowledgeable and valued, he took time to understand the existing spec of my machine, potential upgrades possible and the budget in mind.

Expectations were set regarding when parts were to arrive and when the build could take place. Then onto Dave who actually performs the upgrades and builds. He is super knowledgeable, friendly and went the extra mile to complete the builds in a quicker time-frame than expected.

Amazing shop, had a TV repaired by a different company and when it arrived back the mounting screws were suddenly 5mm to short rang around but couldn’t get them anywhere unless I wanted to order them or amazon for tomorrow. Saw here on Google maps a just thought it’s worth a shot a monitors sometimes go on vasa mounts phone up and not only did they have them but when I got there they said they were just spare ones they had left over after an installation and I could just have them absolutely made my day and saved my TV really couldn’t be more happy and I’ll be taking my laptops in to be serviced in the near future 10/10

Could not recommend this shop enough! I left my work laptop charger in the office so went there this morning to get a new one. Not only were they super helpful, they let me borrow the charger for free! Excellent customer service, above and beyond, will use them in the future for anything tech related, thank you so much for turning a stressful situation stress free!
