Went into the store looking for parts because I was having problems with my PC going through a boot loop and not posting, I explained the situation to the fellows in the store and they suggested bringing it in to take a look because I was out of ideas at that point and just going to buy new parts and start over.

Brought the PC in at around 12:30-1ish and the guys got it back to me by 5:45 on the same day, (turns out there was a load of problems but the main culprit was 1 bad RAM stick and some slot issues) after they explained what the problems where and giving me some preventative measures so I shouldn’t run into the same issues I was on my way.

Excellent experience, both guys where quite knowledgeable and helped me save a bunch of money (because I didn’t have to buy new parts). Would definitely go again and recommend to anyone having problems with their PC’s, I have not purchased parts from them but from the experience I had today, I will be in the future.

Contacted the company in regards to a docking station that was not working and was thrilled to hear Jeff’s voice on the phone! I have worked with Jeff in the past and am so happy to have found him again. He took care of my problem with no issues and I am so pleased with the outcome.

I was asked if I would make a website with these guys. Even though we were 700kms away, they were brilliant in making decisions of what they needed of me. I went to work and had questions, they would respond back to me with in minutes with the answer I needed. Was a fun group to work with and looking forward with new adventures with them in the future.
