I’ve now used these people 4 times. They’ve changed the battery in my i-phone, recovered some photos I’d deleted in error.
Last weekend my laptop got so slow, kept freezing and not working. Monday I rang IT Magic. Usual helpful discussion followed and I agreed to take it in. They completely restored it to working as well as when it was new. And I got it back the same day, fully updated at a very reasonable price.
All of their staff are very helpful, cheerful and good at what they do.
Their charges are competitive and the work good value for money. The fact that I don’t understand most of the technical stuff doesn’t stop them getting me to understand what I need to and they are always happy to answer my questions.

So pleased that this business was recommended to me! This morning Jonathan fitted a new battery to my old phone and his work is truly amazing. The shop is friendly and welcoming but also very professional indeed. It took a few minutes for the battery to be fitted and the price was more than reasonable, and comes with a warranty! So very grateful for your help Jonathan and I would have no hesitation in recommending this shop! I’d say it’s worth travelling a few extra miles to get there because this this guy knows his trade inside out.

Taken a few phones , Ipad and an Ipod to Jonathon for repairs and always get a great service at customer friendly prices . He always keeps in touch as to the progress of repairs and when to collect once the repairs are done . 10/10 for service and quality of the repairs , I have to travel a bit to get there but wont use anybody else
