I had a meltdown when I had to construct a Powerpoint presentation within 48 hours (ok, I had left it to the last minute), and the computer JUST WOULDN’T WORK – AT ALL. I obtained iT-ology details from a friend, rang them, took my computer in by 3pm and received a phone call at 6pm saying that a virus had been found, removed, the computer had been cleaned up and was ready for collection. Excellent service, highly recommended. (and, yes – I did get the Powerpoint sorted in time!).
Very happy to recommend Ian at iT-ology as against the odds he managed to recover all of my lost files and nearly 20 years of family photos from my very old and very dead Mac! Very knowledgeable, approachable and understanding, he was very clear in explaining the level of work and time involved in the task and kept me updated throughout the process.
Really friendly guy and super quick to fix my laptop. I thought it was fit for the bin but now it’s working better than ever for a reasonable price. He even fixed a few other bits that I didn’t know was needed at no extra charge. Even a drop off and pick up service for a small cost. I highly recommend!
