I cannot recommend IT-repairs highly enough. Recently my iMac developed a fault with the memory which led to a complete failure of the system. The device was unresponsive which meant that repair was beyond my capabilities.

I was offered an immediate appointment to bring the machine into their offices where the likely cause and repair options were discussed. In summary, Maciej’s provisional diagnosis was spot on, and within 24hours the computer was back home with a new more efficient memory, working better and faster than ever.

IT repairs, specifically Mac, who works there, was recommended to me by another IT company in Hereford. Mac helped me with a 2019 iMac, which was running painfully slow, and completely unusable. He replaced the hard drive with a new SSD drive, and upgraded the memory. The iMac is now fantastic… it works better than when new, and is incredibly fast. Highly Recommended! Took in my old MacBook with a charging port problem at 10am. They took it in straight away. They were unsure if they could get the part but would first make sure that was the issue. Had a phone call at 5pm to say it is fixed but they wanted to run tests overnight just to be sure. By 9.30am the next day they called to say all is working fine. Such superb service -difficult to get these days.
