Absolutely terrible service. I very rarely write reviews but my experience with IT Sauveur has made me so angry that I felt compelled

The first issue was that the guy simply did not turn up to the initial appointment. I waited in my hotel in Poitiers for over an hour, tried to call several times but to no avail. Finally I gave up and went out for dinner. On coming back to the hotel, the receptionist at the hotel told me that the guy turned up 90 minutes late.

When the appointment finally took place Bogdan did successfully replace the screen on my phone. I asked him several times whether it was a high quality screen he was installing and of course he insisted it was a genuine Apple screen. OK I didn’t really believe that despite his protestations but I at least believed it would work without any serious issues.

Issues:

1) After a few hours the screen started freezing up quite badly
2) Parts of the screen didn’t really respond to touch
3) After a week the screen went blank and never worked again

I have since had the screen replaced again by another company now that I’m back in London and all is fine. I would STRONGLY warn against using this company unless you want to lose your money and risk making your phone worse than it already is.

Samedi, j’ai casse l’ecran de mon telephone et je me suis tout de suite adresse a IT-sauveur. Je suis alle au magasin sans prevenir, car mon telephone ne pouvait pas appeler, et j’ai montre mon telephone au vendeur. Dans ma tete, je disais deja adieu a mon telephone, mais on m’a dit de revenir dans deux heures. Quand je suis revenu deux heures plus tard, mon telephone etait comme neuf. Je suis heureux et je recommande ce service a tous mes amis! J’ai egalement ete tres content qu’ils travaillent le samedi.
