Cant explain how I feel about the customer satisfaction and the experience dealing with this company. Richard was constantly updating as if it was his personal shipment. He was even willing to cancel the order if it benefitted me and I declined due to the courtesy offered.

All through the order until delivery – constantly updating and the amazing part was the personal updates and not automated ones. Wish more online stores can follow this. And what amazed me even more is that it was only a very small order, but was treated a VIP order throughout.

Keep it up… 5 Stars all the way.. and totally deserved.
