I moved to Sittingbourne 18 months ago and I love it here. Like many, I’ve needed a mobile phone etc shop and I have the choice of quite a few here. I went to a couple that were open, when the Pandemic lockdowns allowed(!) – and that’s when I came across Wayne in IT Star in The Forum (little shopping centre) AND now, I will not go anywhere else! Wayne has fitted very tough screen protectors to mine and my partner’s iPad Mini’s – and the time and care he takes is wonderful and he fits, for free (and supplies, at very competitive costs) these must-have, tough screen protectors. I also bought from Wayne, a strong, protective iPad Mini outer case for my partner AND a few months ago, Wayne gave me an excellent (part exchange) price for my iPhone XR and I bought, from him, my current iPhone 13 Pro, Grade A – with a warranty AND I am so happy with it! Now, anything I need (like a tough screen protector + iPhone SE 2020 tough protective case, for my partner, 2 weeks ago) I go straight to Wayne! Because not only does he have great technical knowledge + stocks a wide range of ‘pre-loved’ (graded) phones + accessories and laptops etc… It’s also because he’s given me some great deals, his items are fairly priced AND most of all, I really trust him (and happily left my phone + passwords with him, while he transferred all my old phone info to my new one, while I went shopping) – but he’s also a nice, pleasant person. For me, I will only go to IT Star now, for all my ‘tech’ needs – and after using his ‘services’ for over a year now, I am 100% happy

I gave my iPhone there for repair because there was a problem with the input for charging the device, as a result they twisted a new battery and a new screen for me because mine was broken, but this did not affect the operation of the iPhone, I agreed, I paid all PS 115 for it, as a result, after their repair, the iPhone stopped recognizing the SIM card, turned to them, but they refused to correct their mistake and return the money, unprofessionalism and robbery of the client

Bunch of con men was told I had a problem with laptop to the point where it can’t be used they offered me 40 pounds for the laptop for parts I said no took it home factory reset it and it works perfectly
