My husband and I dropped into the Itech store in Norwich yesterday to try to get a problem sorted with our iPhones that had been bothering us for months. Our phones could not recognise each other using Find My Phone. The people there could not have been more helpful. Although it took them at least 15 – 20 minutes to find the problem and fix it, they exhibited great charm and patience throughout the whole process. Even though they met problem after problem and other customers kept coming in, who they had to deal with, they were determined to sort the problem out and did so. They were extremely pleasant people to deal with. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
Highly recommend to visit these guys for any repairs you need. Really helpful and professional service from these guys. This is the second time I went back to this shop. This time was to get my phone fixed as the back cover has detached, exposing the internal of the phone and camera. They did a beautiful job while I waited on the spot. When i tried to pay for the service, they were so kind to said it was ok as it was only a glue application. My go to shop for any repairs for phones and tablets.
My son’s Samsung screen got damaged and the screen had to be replaced.iTech were extremely helpful and knowledgeable very friendly and professional. They only needed the phone for 45:mins and it was perfect when collected, also brought a new screen protector and case and got discount. All in all an a fantastic experience. Highly recommend and will definitely use again if needs be.
