Absolutely disgusting behaviour from one of the staff today, we took my partners iPhone 14 pro in for a Lens repair (not the camera), anyway the guys in there to begin were very welcoming and said come back in 30. Happy days we come back a little while longer and he shows us the camera and when we opened up the camera it was 1 blury, 2, dots in the picture and the camera was scratched, upon confronting the guy on his work he got very high rate and some what aggressive trying to deny the camera damage was his fault and that it was like it before which is was not! We then ask him to take it off so he bangs the phone about like a rag doll, Furthermore he then rushed us out the shop with attitude, do not go here for repairs unless you want to get a new phone after -10/10

Although it had a cracked screen, my phone was fully operational when I asked iTech to replace the screen. However, only after the work had been done was I told by iTech that the finger-print sensor would no longer work. The NFC function (G-Pay/Wallet) was also affected. Clearly iTech use sub-standard replacement parts for repairs and they are not open about how this may affect a phone’s subsequent operation. If I had been told this before asking for the repair, I would not have had it done. No refund was paid and as I needed these functions to work, I had to buy a new phone, in addition to the cost of the replacement screen. Avoid iTech.
