These guys are lazy, and had lied to me.

Brought my phone in to get photos off because my screen was cracked and unusable. Instead, they fixed the screen when I did not want it fixed, and they overpriced the service for 3x the amount that I could have done for myself to fix my own screen. They could not take the screen off because they glued it to the phone, visible by the super glue on the outside. My recommendations. 1. YouTube and Amazon, it’s quicker and cheaper. 2nd If you need to get things off your phone and removing the SIM does not help transfer the files, go to a different repair shop, such as FONEX.

Now I am very scared because people are telling me these guys are installing away faulty screens, so now I am scared that the screen display will break too and I do not know what to do about this. I may even report them to the police, or share this on social media. I regret not taking any photos of the screen before it was installed with a replacement screen. But at least I have receipt proof.

After another very good shopping experience here today it is time I wrote a few words. The two guys that run this place (I’ve been coming here for a few years) are incredible in every way.They’ve been fixing things for me I thought were unfixable,sold me very good merchandise and are incredible helpful. They’re not only helpful -they’re bending over backwards for their customers to have a great experience. There is nothing too much for them;they are speedy;always good for a laugh;professional;knowledgeable ;kind; very polite and I get the feeling that they truly like their job. They always seem to be in a good mood. Quite a rarity in my opinion .

Flawless service from Brett and Aidan. Brett was really friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He talked me through my options and got my phone back up and running. It’s as good as new now. My temp phone was causing me an issue charging, and they sorted that out free of charge so I could use it comfortably whilst I waited for my screen to be fixed. 10/10, I would highly recommend using Brett and his team.
