This was was fantastic. I went in after drenching and soaking my laptop in water and it completely shut down. I had important files to recover and they were extremely understanding and professional. They were diligent and hard-working in recovering my files even when I thought it was a lost cause. I am so grateful. They also listened to everything I said and were calm and answered my questions kindly and clearly (I am not at all tech-y!). The service was also very fast and well-priced.

Got my laptop’s battery and charging port fixed from itech. The staff was so good, helped me out with everything and provided me very good price for both things with the Student discount.
