The store representative, Sandhu, solved a problem that Vodafone and 2 other stores were unable to fix: it was a software mismatch code problem that he fixed by thinking outside the box with clever ingenuity and great background knowledge of the Samsung inner software. Best part of all, when I asked how much is the repair, he said: nothing, a smile will be enough and refused money! To show appreciation I bought a couple of new batteries an accessories. Excellent man, great store. He saved my phone and all my data!
Highly recommend this phone shop! Sandhu was incredibly helpful and replaced my iPhone battery within half an hour. Also kindly fitted a new screen protector and case. The customer service was excellent, all questions carefully answered and not a pushy salesman like many others are. I felt relaxed and well looked after. Very easy to recommend! 5* customer care.
