Absolute shambles of a place. Took my phone in to be repaired, was told I’d be kept updated – this never happened. After chasing itech up for progress, was told the phone couldn’t be repaired (said they’d told me, they hadn’t).
Went to collect the phone a few days later after buying a new one and then told its now fixed (again, nobody bothered to tell me).
The guy behind the counter barely understands English and in truth, he’s a complete plank. Avoid this place for phone repairs
My 11 pro max was water damage. I went all other shops in town everybody tell me it’s not possible to fix. I come here and they fixed my phone and now it’s amazing. Very professional service and a helpful guy at tech Portsmouth. Highly recommend. Best in Portsmouth…
The sales person who is working in this shop he don’t know how to communicate with customers and provide great customer experience! We bought IPhone 14 Pro Max and still he is very rude I am not happy with him! Hi has to take some courses for customer service!
