I had an iPhone XS Max that wasn’t working. Taking it to iTech Solutions was the best choice I made.

When I first got to their store, they clearly explained what they thought was wrong with the phone, even taking it apart in front of me to show me. Then, they suggested what they were able to do for me and how much it would cost. At that point, I was still deciding whether or not I wanted to fix it in the end. However, they left me feeling confident that they would take care of my phone and that it would be working when they were done.

About a week later, I decided I was going to get it fixed. In a few days, not only did they fix the issue with my screen, but they basically had my phone working as if it was new. Their price was reasonable and they were always professional. In addition, their store was very well kept and maintained the guidelines related to COVID-19.

If I ever have issues with any phones that I have, this will be the first place that I go.

These guyz are SCAM. Yes SCAM. Please Beware when you deal with them. They can cheat you anytime. They sold me new chatr sim (45$ plan) on 7th april 2018. which was precativated on someone else name. They charged me around 80$ for the same. No doubt they seems to be very friendly and nice but once they cheat you.. then they had only one line We Cant Help You With This. I am also going lodge complaint against them for selling sims in unethical way and cheating consumers to Ministry of Government & Consumer Services
