Firstly, not the best impression when your Business hours state your open at 12p came here are 12:20p just to find whoever was working that day went “Out to get Food”.

The guy who was working left his contact number on the “Out for Food” sign he wrote and stuck to their door, I called and asked how long he said 5min. I spoke with him on the phone at 12:25 and it’s now 12:40p.

Whoever is the owner of this store, I hope you make a note of this cause you’ll be losing loads of business this way. There was a lady who was really helpful the last time I came in.

I would recommend that if you’re looking for a tech place, go elsewhere cause you’ll be waiting. On top of that, it’s never open on time don’t have your Open Hours at 12p if your staff/business aren’t on time just saying.

Great products, friendly service. On a return visit, Yong set me up with a new, used iPhone that I love and at a great price. Keep up the good work!

My husband went tonight to get a new battery for our iPhone. Many thanks to Yong for being such an amazingly honest person. He told us to just turn the phone off when not in use. In addition, our neighbours across the street told us that this store is excellent and won’t overcharge you ever. Again, thanks for your help!

A week ago I purchased a new cord for my MacBook Air. Within a week, it got stuck in my laptop and broke when I tried to remove it. I had to take it to an Apple store to remove it. I asked for a refund, especially since it was one week. They refused. I was offered a replacement. I explained that this was an extraordinary problem and I no longer had confidence in their products.
They refused. Terrible service and defective products.
