I bought a phone at Best Buy 7 months ago. It died today. I was stranded in Richmond to do a job and could not get home without Google Maps. I used my lunch break to go to Best Buy in Richmond to say I bought this phone 7 months ago in Abbotsford and it’s dead can you help me? The only help that they were willing to do was to sell me another phone. I bought the other cheap phone and I wasn’t able to return it Best Buy in abbotsford because the power was less than 30% after struggling through 3 hours of traffic trying to get home.

I went to I-tech 5 minutes before they’re closing and they not only admitted me into their store they took the time to figure out what the problem was and fix my phone for only $82.

This company is one that you should be patronizing and showing them your loyalty because they are loyal to you. They want to sell you quality products at a reduced price and they want to do it by backing it up with quality service even 5 minutes to closing. It says a lot that a big box store cannot achieve the standard and become a big box store but yet a little store in Abbotsford British Columbia Canada can not only beat but exceed the standards, customer care, and quality that customers expect and need to adhere to given how difficult the market is nowadays. Things are at an all-time high and it’s important to know that you are getting your value by going to i-tech.
