Initially visited the shop as I had a cracked back on my iPhone 13 and saw that this location was Apple certified, something that was reiterated to me while giving my phone in for repair, and when my phone was returned to me it had more issues. The back glass was perfectly repaired, and I had no issues with that. However, from where they had been incompetent, they hadn’t cleaned all of the glass from the inside of my phone. When handing it back to me it was pointed out by the staff that I had dead pixels on my display, which I hadn’t before, and I shrugged it off as something I had just not noticed until now. Feeling suspicious on how the dead pixel was caused I went down to another phone repair store and they had confirmed my belief that the dead pixel had almost definitely been caused by glass pressing against the display from inside the phone. Upon this being confirmed, I returned to the store where they repeatedly denied any responsibility for the damaged caused until eventually giving in and replacing the screen free of charge. I wish this is where this ends with me saying that they had completely repaired my phone and it no longer had any issues, however when replaced my screen they had used and unofficial lcd display instead of an Apple Oled, which they should be using as they are “Apple certified”. This replacement screen has caused my phone battery to constantly overheat and fully drain in under two and a half hours. This is not the type of service that you would expect from an Apple certified establishment and I would strongly recommend to anyone that they do not visit this store unless you want to accept the responsibility for any of the mistakes that they make to your phone.

Went to apple with my cola damaged macbook pro and got quoted an extraneous amount for fixing it. A friend suggested these chaps and went in there with a small glimpse of hope.These guys exceeded my expectations in every way and got my laptop fixed for half the money. They even followed up to ensure that my issue was resolved satisfactorily. Furthermore, the customer service was top notch. I would definitely be returning for my future tech needs.
