Beware!! I took in a phone to be unlocked and paid them money. They promised it would be done in three days but it wasn’t. I keep calling their number and they don’t answer, it goes straight to a mesage saying they are unavailable. The message on their phone also says to send a text, but the number does not accept texts. They don’t offer an email address or any other way of contacting them.
I would be very wary of giving them any money before you have a product in your hand.
Bought a phone which I returned because its was faulty, still had warranty and tried to exchange for another phone but he refused as it was more expensive so instead he gave me a cheaper phone brand new, I opened it in box and returned again and he claimed I had to pay more or get less of refund.
Just shocking how cheeky they were when I buy a faulty phone from them and they still do that…
Massively impressed, my Huaweis back was completely cracked and the charging port didn’t work. Put off taking it to be repaired as I was worried about the cost. They quoted an affordable price and returned it quickly, super efficient and would highly recommend. Phone looks brand new again
