1. Mal: super und unkompliziert – Ladebuchse am Handy wurde durchgemessen – und das sogar als kostenloser Service – TOP!
2. Mal: heute (15.03.) – 10 Uhr – es ging um Neu-Einrichtung eines Handys – Laden geschlossen (ohne Hinweis an der Tur oder im Fenster) – 20 Minuten vor der Tur in der Kalte gewartet – keine Menschenseele aufgetaucht – und das obwohl ich extra letzte Woche angerufen habe und mich fur diesen Tag angekundigt hatte (es wurde aber kein fester Termin vereinbart aber versichert dass um 10 Uhr geoffnet ware) …. Schade
Dafur leider 2 Sterne Abzug

Dropped my iPhone and half of the screen went black. I am new in Bad Soden so I was trying to find a place where to get the repair done. Based on previous recommendations went in. Indeed, guys were polite, custom oriented and they knew what they were doing. Service was fast and my phone is like new. If I need similar help again, I know where to go. (and about the prices… I have paid less in the past, but the display clours changed and all the buttons did not always work… so pay less and get less).

it is working well overally but delete key for typing and zoom in/out by one hand doesnt work at all. it is big problem.
